Job Description

As a Project Manager, you are a creative and strategic thinker passionate about digital projects. You understand client brands, businesses, and customers, thriving in fast-paced environments. You seamlessly manage client needs and team collaboration, ensuring precise and excellent project delivery. Your agency experience enables you to hit the ground running, manage multidisciplinary teams, and navigate creative campaigns and digital deliverables. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact, guiding clients on project success, aligning teams with client insights, developing project plans with budgets, tracking scope and deliverables, facilitating meetings, managing risks, fostering a positive team environment, overseeing budgets, and providing status updates.
Must have:
  • Advanced English level (At least B2+)
  • 2+ years of experience managing digital campaign projects in an agency
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, Jira)
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Proven skills in managing client conversations regarding scope, schedule, and budget
Good to have:
  • Strong background in fast-paced agency settings or client-side marketing experience
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel)
  • Knowledge of change management and revenue forecasting

Job Details

As a Project Manager, you are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital projects and an innate drive to understand every detail about a client’s brand, business, and customers.  You thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly moving from client needs to team collaboration, ensuring that every project is delivered with precision and excellence.  With your agency experience, you know how to hit the ground running, manage multidisciplinary teams, and navigate the dynamic flow of creative campaigns and digital deliverables.


You Will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, internal team, and vendors.
  • Guide clients on project success and facilitate consensus
  • Align the team with client insights and objectives
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with budgets that align with client interests
  • Track and communicate project scope, status, and deliverables
  • Facilitate meetings and manage risks, ensuring quality in all deliverables
  • Foster a collaborative, positive environment that motivates the team to produce award-winning work
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, POs, and invoices, while identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders

 

You Have:

  • Advanced English level (At least B2+)
  • 2+ years of experience managing digital campaign projects within a marketing agency
  • Strong background in fast-paced agency settings or marketing experience on the client side
  • Proficiency with office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, Jira).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, change management, and revenue forecasting
  • Exceptional communication skills, responsiveness to feedback, and leadership abilities
  • Solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and are able to maintain organization under pressure.
  • Proven skills in managing client conversations around project scope, schedule, and budget
