Job Description
The role involves project management in the development of the 'Pokemon' series. Responsibilities include schedule management, personnel adjustments, and budget management. Additionally, the role involves setting up the development environment, including hardware procurement and software authorization settings. The position also involves tasks related to the establishment of a project management organization, along with continuous organizational and operational improvement activities. There is potential to handle negotiations and adjustments with outsourced companies and participate in budget formulation in the future.
Must have:
- Experience in problem-solving with significant results.
- Project management experience in game, video, or web service development, or team management experience.
- Leadership and communication skills to involve internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to set problems with appropriate analysis and execute solutions.
- Ability to create documents using various Office software.
Good to have:
- Experience as a PM or game development lead in consumer game development.

当社では、ゲーム開発プロジェクトの規模拡大に伴い、プロジェクトマネジメント業務を担う組織の2022年に立ち上げました。
従来はゲーム開発職（プランナー・プログラマ・グラフィックデザイナーなど）が担っていた
人員・スケジュール・予算管理などのPM業務をこの新組織に移管するとともに、
より効率的なプロジェクト運営を実現するために各プロジェクトの課題発見および解決なども担っていきます。
業務内容
『ポケットモンスター』シリーズの開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務
・スケジュール管理や人員調整等、プロジェクトの進行に関わる各種業務
・予算管理
・開発環境の構築（ハード確保やソフトの権限設定など）
・プロジェクトマネジメント組織の立ち上げに関わる業務全般
・継続的な組織および業務改善活動
※今後、外注企業との折衝・調整や予算策定に関わる業務などもお任せしていく可能性がございます
必須要件
経験
- 課題解決業務において、高い成果を残された経験
- 以下1-2のいずれかについての経験
1.ゲーム・映像・Webサービス開発などにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント
2.チームマネジメント（業界不問）
スキル
- 社内外の関係者を巻き込み業務を推進できるリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーションスキル
- 適切な分析を伴った課題設定能力とともに設定された課題を解決する実行力
- 各種Officeソフトを活用した資料作成
歓迎要件
- コンシューマーゲーム開発におけるPMもしくはゲーム開発リードとしての経験
