Job Description

As an FP&A Manager, you will lead financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting for ITG's Marketing Technology unit, which includes products like Storyteq, Deployteq, and Reviewstudio operating globally. You will collaborate with tech teams in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and London, and the global finance team at HQ in Birmingham. Reporting to the Finance Director of Storyteq and working with the Tech Chief Operating Officer, you will provide key financial insights, manage forecasting and budgeting, and support strategic decisions. This role requires translating data into actionable insights, possessing strong analytical skills, and a business-focused mindset, understanding the context of a Dutch company within an international group. You will partner with finance colleagues and business leads to enhance performance visibility, identify opportunities and risks, and drive growth.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reports using modern BI tools
  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
Good to have:
  • Experience with Prophix is a plus

Job Details

As our FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting for the Marketing Technology unit of ITG . The tech unit of ITG consists of multiple products consisting of Storyteq, Deployteq and Reviewstudio which operate globally.

You’ll work closely with the tech teams in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and London, as well as the global finance team based at our HQ in Birmingham. Reporting to the Finance Director of Storyteq, and working closely with the Tech Chief Operating Officer, you will deliver key financial insights, drive forecasting and budgeting processes, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and timely analysis.

As a finance professional, you thrive on translating data into actionable insights. You combine sharp analytical skills with a business-focused mindset and understand the needs of this role in the context of a Dutch company operating within an international group. You'll collaborate closely with finance colleagues and business leads to provide visibility into performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support growth.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Tech.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes while providing insights to optimize performance.
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Overall ownership of the revenue forecasting and staff costs forecasting.
  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across the group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reports using modern BI tools
  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with Prophix is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
