Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily people management in smaller sub teams for SCM tasks and activities. Has functional knowledge of SCM to guide and provide input to team and manages the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of the manager, Often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enables
coaching of team members. Align team to drive productivity, efficiency and digital transformation. Expert in MS office (ppt, excel, word ), Power BI and business analytics.  Stake holder management. Strong communication skills to ensure Connect to PM/ CX and area on key KPI and SLA.  Drive the Customer experience by collaborating with Area / CX . Identify opportunities of process improvement. Participates in transactional work as required as well.

Key responsibilities

  • Functional knowledge of SCM for 3PL/ 4PL  from origin to destination
  • Responsible for daily people management for SCM tasks and activities and provide input to team and manages the daily activities
  • Align team to drive productivity, efficiency and digital transformation.
  • Stake holder management. 
  • Drive the Customer experience by collaborating with Area / CX
  • Take ownership of issues and act as advocate with internal stakeholders
  • Identify improvement opportunities that positively impact customer experience and lower operational costs and process improvement
  • Identify root causes when customer expectations are not met, advise management of potential service failures and/or trends.
