Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Tech Support cum Manual Tester to join our energetic team. This role combines providing technical support to our users with executing manual testing to guarantee the quality and functionality of our products. Responsibilities include offering timely and effective technical support through various channels like phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services, documenting and tracking support requests, performing manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality, creating and executing test cases based on requirements and specifications, reporting and documenting defects, bugs, and issues found during testing, collaborating with development and QA teams to resolve issues and improve product quality, assisting in the creation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation, and participating in regular team meetings and providing feedback on support and testing processes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support cum Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users while also performing manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our products.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.

Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and detailed records.

Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality.

Create and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.

Report and document defects, bugs, and issues found during testing.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.

Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on support and testing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in technical support and manual testing roles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

Basic understanding of software development and QA methodologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting is a plus.

Experience with AGILE , JIRA is a plus.
