We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager (Remote, EST Preferred) for a major fintech company on a 12-month contract opportunity.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and excels at managing cloud migration and implementation projects from start to finish. You’ll work cross-functionally to lead complex programs while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed every step of the way.
Lead implementation and cloud migration projects with a strong client-facing focus.
Own project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure flawless execution.
Prepare and deliver clear status updates to both internal teams and external clients.
Coordinate across multiple departments to keep projects aligned and on schedule.
Manage projects using Waterfall methodology while integrating Agile practices when beneficial.
Account for connectivity and infrastructure needs in project planning.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
7–10 years of experience in technical or program management roles.
Proven success in client-facing environments within matrixed organizations.
Strong command of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in Waterfall methodology, with working knowledge of Agile practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently from initiation to delivery.
Exceptional follow-through, problem-solving, and accountability in meeting milestones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and functionality (coding not required).
