Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of projects within complex programs that have established processes and are critical to Google Ads specifically for Account Management deliverables
  • Work directly with engineers, product managers, and program managers, preparing project plans, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, ambiguities and risks and being able to effectively act on those. 
  • Communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams (including Engineering, UX, Product, Operations, Legal, Business) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues and priorities.
  • Ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of progress, risks and outcomes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Set up and execute operational models and processes to improve the predictability of project schedules, help with the introduction of better tools and automation for tracking and reporting progress to different stakeholders.
