Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in silicon technical program management or silicon engineering management.
- Experience with silicon hardware and software integration challenges.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering, or in a related field.
- Experience working with teams focused on power architecture and modeling, or Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) design.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, performance, and power analysis.
- Ability to drive silicon programs with internal and external partners.
- Ability to lead distributed cross-functional team to deliver silicon into consumer electronics from architecture to production.
- Ability to be result-oriented, proactive and to work collaboratively toward goals.

Responsibilities
- Work with Engineering teams to develop and manage custom silicon projects including the facilitation of communicating project status to internal stakeholders across Google.
- Work with partners on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Interface between partners and product engineering teams, set, manage schedules and track milestones. Coordinate with teams in the US, Asia, and EU regarding travel and Google Video Conferencing (GVC).
