The Technofunctional +CRM professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency, directly contributing to Synechron's strategic business objectives.

Software Requirements

  • Required Proficiency:

    • Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA: Advanced level
    • Technofunctional +CRM: Proficiency in integrating technical and functional CRM aspects
    • API testing: Proficient
    • Database testing: Proficient
  • Preferred Proficiency:

    • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices

Overall Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts for CRM applications.
  • Perform functional and regression testing to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, track, and resolve software defects.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification in Java programming or CRM technologies is a plus.
  • Continuous professional development in CRM and automation testing technologies is encouraged.
