Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled Technofunctional +CRM professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and executing automation scripts, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and enhancing our CRM solutions. The Technofunctional +CRM professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency, directly contributing to Synechron's strategic business objectives.

Software Requirements

• Required Proficiency:

  • Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA: Advanced level
  • Technofunctional +CRM: Proficiency in integrating technical and functional CRM aspects
  • API testing: Proficient
  • Database testing: Proficient

• Preferred Proficiency:

  • Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts for CRM applications.
• Perform functional and regression testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, track, and resolve software defects.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Required: Java (strong knowledge)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript

• Frameworks and Libraries:

  • Required: Selenium, TestNG, Maven

• Development Tools and Methodologies:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automation testing and Technofunctional +CRM.
• Prior experience with Selenium and Java is essential.
• Proven experience working in a team environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Write, maintain, and execute automated test cases for CRM applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure optimal performance.
• Review test cases and provide constructive feedback to enhance testing processes.
• Participate in agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technology and CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certification in Java programming or CRM technologies is a plus.
• Continuous professional development in CRM and automation testing technologies is encouraged.
