Job Description
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Key responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Must have:
- Manage shift operations
- Control costs, inventory, and cash
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to policies and procedures
