Responsibilities
Develop and refine our BNPL product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions (white label or cobranding) onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
Manage the end-to-end process of BNPL transactions, from onboarding new customers to resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to BNPL services.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to BNPL solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product, and designing user adoption funnel to detect user journey frictions;
Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of product performance using SQL and analyzing reports on Google Analytics;
Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data using Excel or SQL to generate business insights and inform future strategy;
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;
Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; and
Using Product Management tool, including JIRA and MS Office, to write detailed technical product requirement and user stories.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or International travel up to 15% required.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194792 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
