Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Xsolla Gold team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business and system requirements to enhance our product development initiatives.
This role involves close interaction with development, testing teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure accurate implementation of desired features and functionalities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, as well as system and user functional and non-functional requirements using methods such as User Stories + Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and User Story Mapping.
- Business Process Modeling: Develop and model business processes to clarify requirements and streamline operations.
- Critical Evaluation: Critically assess the feasibility and practicality of requirements, considering system and process constraints.
- Technical Specifications: Develop technical specifications, detailed algorithms that describe product functionality, and integration with other systems or products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication with the development and testing teams and other departments involved in the project.
- Problem Analysis: Analyze issues that arise during the product's lifecycle, identify solutions, and prepare recommendations to address these problems.
- Documentation: Manage the structure of product documentation, ensuring it is kept up-to-date and accurate.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques.
