Job Description

As a Channel Solution Architect at Barracuda, you'll be a key player in bridging cutting-edge cybersecurity technology with businesses. Responsibilities include designing innovative solutions, empowering channel partners to protect clients, building strong partner alliances, conducting presentations and workshops, equipping partners with sales tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work with technologies such as email security, firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint protection, backup, and cloud security solutions.
Must have:
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies
  • Proven ability to build channel partnerships and drive sales
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional customer focus and relationship building
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

What you’ll be working on
  • Become a Cyber Security Superhero: Thwart cyberattacks and protect businesses by designing innovative cybersecurity solutions and empowering channel partners to safeguard their clients.
  • Master of Partnerships: Forge strong alliances with channel partners by actively engaging with them, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating on joint initiatives.
  • Innovation Evangelist: Share your passion for cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions by conducting engaging presentations, webinars, and workshops, and participating in industry events.
  • Sales Force Multiplier: Equip channel partners with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in cybersecurity sales and drive business growth.
  • Problem-Solving Ninja: Crack complex cybersecurity puzzles and deliver exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert advice.
What you bring to the role
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including email, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, backup and cloud security solutions with 5+ years of experience. 
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to build relationships with channel partners, drive sales, and present products with 5+ years of experience.  
  • Communication Prowess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, often under pressure. 
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with channel partners. 
  • Academic Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity. 
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the month.
