We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management and AWS cloud infrastructure, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and secure systems. Responsibilities:

    • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):
    • Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g., VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM).
    • Monitor and optimise AWS services for performance and cost.
    • Implement AWS security best practices.
    • Manage cloud-based applications and services using tools like CloudFormation and Elastic Beanstalk.
    • Cloud Cost Optimisation
    • Cloud Security Optimisation
    • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with development and operations teams to support application deployments.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
    • Document cloud infrastructure designs and procedures.
    • Reporting and Monitoring:
    • Develop and maintain reports on system performance, network health, and cloud usage.
    • Implement monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
    • Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

    • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in managing AWS infrastructure.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS Administration.
    • Experience with AWS cloud services, including design, implementation, and management.
    • Technical Skills:Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
    • Understanding of network security best practices and industry standards.
    • Experience with AWS services like VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
    • Familiarity with AWS monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
    • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong documentation skills.
    • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Certifications (Preferred):
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional.
