Job Description

The Collections Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of in-house collection agents. They will need to have at least 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Manager. They should possess excellent communication skills and prior experience with tele collections for credit/loans, preferably unsecured loan products. Prior CRM integration and experience is required, along with managing in-house calling teams and configuring collection communications. Must have:

5+ years of experience, including 2+ years as a Team Lead/Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with tele collections for credit/loans.
Experience with CRM integration.

Proven negotiation skills.

Good to have:

Pan India experience preferred
Prior experience managing in-house calling teams handling loan recall / reconciliation calls
Prior experience in collections lifecycle to configure collection communications.

Skills & Experience requisites :

Graduate / Post graduate with 5+yrs of exp, with at least 2yrs as a Team Lead or Manager for In-house collection agents
Pan india exp preferred
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
Prior experience with Tele Collections for credit / loans, preferably unsecured loan products.
Prior CRM integration & experience
