Compliance Operations Analyst, Payments Compliance

The Google Payments Compliance team seeks a Compliance Operations Analyst to ensure legitimate business practices and adherence to financial regulations. This role involves identifying and resolving process gaps, developing efficient verification processes, and conducting root cause analyses of operational data to pinpoint trends and potential issues. Further responsibilities include acting as a product specialist for compliance operations tools, reporting bugs, debugging technical issues, and managing access. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
