Metadata innovation delivers excellence in data solutions, empowering metadata insights, utilization and application at scale. We’re seeking an exceptional metadata expert, experienced in Technical Program Management, to develop and execute emerging programs and support data generation and quality. The Metadata Innovation team partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering and Data Science in addition to stakeholders across the business to organize and evolve our metadata and associated mechanisms for increasing member value. In this role, you have the opportunity to shape our program strategy for Metadata Innovation, partnering with functional and regional teams around the world. The ideal candidate has worked with a variety of metadata applications, from Digital Asset Management (DAM), to Content Management Systems (CMS), Data Management Platforms (DMP) and ad servers, is adept in communicating complex priorities effectively across varied stakeholder groups, advocating and supporting metadata governance initiatives, and is consistent in their application of program management methodology to solving problems. Within the Product Metadata and Ratings team, you will partner closely with Content Understanding and Ratings Policy, to innovate on metadata frameworks, metrics and mechanisms that protect and improve our ability to launch and promote content effectively with our members, while working with Project Managers to discover, plan and execute on the highest impact initiatives.
