Job Description

This position involves the design and testing of controls software for autonomous vehicle operation. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on algorithms or analysis related to real-world driving scenarios and have the opportunity to prototype and test production code on the Zoox vehicle platform.

Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements

Working towards an engineering degree in Computer Science, Mechanical engineering or a related field.
Some course work or extra curricular project experience in either robotics, mechatronics or controls. Examples could include automotive, drones, or other physical moving systems.
Experience with C++
Optional experience with Python

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
