This role involves creating and managing experiential marketing exhibits and planning high-impact customer training events. Key responsibilities include managing immersive experience exhibits, overseeing global logistics for demo materials, maintaining databases, developing event briefs, managing event logistics, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and creating reports. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have:

Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized, creative individual to help create and build experiential marketing exhibits, plan and execute high-impact customer training events that elevate the NXP brand and deliver exceptional experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build immersive experience exhibits that showcase NXP’s technology in engaging and innovative ways, enhancing brand storytelling and customer engagement.

  • Oversee global logistics for demo and marketing material shipments.

  • Maintain and optimize databases to streamline global demo requests and reporting.

  • Develop comprehensive event briefs and project timelines aligned with strategic goals

  • Plan and manage all event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, catering, entertainment, transportation, and on-site execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Program Management, Creative, MarCom, PR, Social Media, Web, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoice processing.

  • Create and deliver planning presentations and post-event reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in brand experience, marketing, or event planning roles is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tech industry events and product demo coordination is a plus.

  • Adaptable to the fast-paced changing environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and event database systems

  • Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment.

  • Available to travel and manage on-site event projects;  lifting of heavy equipment is necessary, and have experience executing projects with high ethical standards in alignment with NXP policies
