Our Customer Service team in Toronto is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join the team. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure excellent service standards.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze incoming queries and identify repetitive issues such as identifying potential problems with user experience or technical issues.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Impeccable writing skills including professional email communication in English.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, desirable.
  • Flexible work schedule including ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
