About the job:
The Customer Solutions Engineering team at gTech Professional Services is responsible for developing innovative solutions to the business problems faced by the world's largest advertisers. This role involves identifying and prioritizing projects, overseeing the unique business issues faced by advertisers, and working across the organization to find the best solutions for the problems. You will work with Sales to identify business opportunities leveraging performance, display, video and shopping solutions, collect requirements, provide guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies, design and implement complex, cross-product customized solutions, manage technical relationships within a client portfolio, and handle implementations and escalations for named accounts.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3 years of experience with client-side web technologies
  • 3 years of experience coding with programming languages
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Experience managing internal/external partners or customers
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with database technologies
  • Experience with big data platforms and large volume data analytics
  • Experience in the online advertising industry

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with big data platforms and large volume data analytics.
  • Experience in the online advertising industry.
