As a Strategy & Solutions Senior Manager, FinTech, you will play a key role in the delivery of a well-articulated and quantified strategy drives attention and investment across the organization.

We are now looking for a Strategy & Solutions Senior Manager to strengthen the Center of Excellence team in Pune. You will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across the Nasdaq Market Technology portfolio of Software Products and Software Services for Market Infrastructure Operations and New Markets.

Join the Strategy and Solutions organization for Nasdaq Board vantage. The main objective for this team in Pune is to be a team manager in Sales Opportunities across the globe. The Senior manager, Strategy and Solutions will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including Team management and mentoring, Processing, reviewing and tracking overall RFx and InfoSec questionnaires, management of Presales environments.
Your role and responsibilities:
• Manage and Mentor the team for RFx, IT security and environment management.
• Prepare, continuously enrich, and manage response library of Information Security, Audit and Technical Solution questionnaires & RFx.
• Respond to Security, Audit and Technical of RFx
• Define and continuously improve Operational processes
• Oversees all RFx response progress, chasing as necessary to ensure RFx deadlines are met
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and qualified RFx responses
• Arrange all RFx submission reviews with relevant stakeholders
• Ensures the operational process is adhered to the defined process flow including qualification meetings, RFx briefing, theming, and independent reviews including reviews and sign-off
• Manages communication to ensure all RFx team members are aware of Evaluation Criteria, the value proposition, key win themes, USPs, RFx clarifications and other key information when responding to proposals
• Ensures all RFx and clarification materials are circulated to RFx team members
• Extend necessary support in Preparation of Demos including analyzing use cases / test scenarios to create Plans, maintenance & preparation of demo environment, writing custom codes.
• Maintain, augment and improve library of reusable components, templates, checklists, Presentations and processes to reduce response time and improve quality on future POCs / Demos
• Research, coordinate and Work with R & D & Presales and gather information to update “Presales Environments” from time to time.
• Upgrade Presales Environment periodically and conduct / participate in UAT process
• High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new Calypso features / releases.
We expect you to have 

• Minimum 12 to 18 years’ experience in Technical Roles for Capital markets (preferred) with Cloud technology and Information security experience (must)
• Strong Technical knowledge of Product Information Security& Audit, Hardware & Software infrastructure
• Strong Technical knowledge of Cloud (AWS, OCI etc.), Java, JBOSS, Spring boot, Oracle
• Strong Understanding of Integrations, Infrastructure management, APIs, ETLs is must
• Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset.

It would be great if you

  • Cloud technology experience, implementation, maintenance and delivery
  • Exposure to work on Information security, audit and compliance activities such as internal audits, Info Sec questionnaire processing
  • RFx, Client proposal and Client communication
  • Domain expertise in Treasury Solutions of Calypso, Murex, FIS and Finastra, etc
