Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Zscaler in Spain, you'll own customer relationships, driving adoption and value, and identifying upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting security and resilience audits, delivering data-driven business reviews showcasing Zscaler's value, and mitigating deployment challenges. You'll engage with customers on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a networking or security environment, strong networking/security skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. A technical background in internet and security technologies is preferred, along with experience as a field-based CSM working with enterprise accounts.
Must have:
  • 2+ years Customer Success/TAM experience in networking/security
  • Networking, IT Infrastructure or Security skills
  • Fluent Spanish & English
  • Owning customer relationships, driving adoption and value
  • Conducting security audits and delivering business reviews
Good to have:
  • Technical background in internet and security technologies (SWG, Sandboxing, Firewall, DLP, VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN Optimization)
  • Minimum 2 years as a field-based CSM with enterprise accounts
  • Cybersecurity knowledge

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Spain. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Success organization and responsible for:

  • Owning the ongoing customer relationship driving adoption, value, and promoting upsell opportunities.
  • Facilitating security and resilience audits.
  • Delivering operational data-driven business reviews to demonstrate the value of customer investment in Zscaler. 
  • Mitigating any challenges that may delay or stop deployment using internal resources, holding both customers and internal resources accountable.
  • Visiting customers face to face on site, or remotely through web sessions

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing, Customer Success/Technical Account Management role within a networking or security technical environment.
  • Networking, IT Infrastructure or Security skills. 
  • Fluent Spanish & English language skills.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • A technical background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, FireWall, DLP, VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN or WAN Optimization.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a field-based CSM or TAM, working with enterprise accounts.
