Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at PLUMMY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to players of their mobile free-to-play project, Star Merge. You will handle player inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. You will also contribute to the development of the game by providing valuable feedback and insights based on player interactions.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (ideally within the gaming industry)
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience working with Zendesk
Good to have:
  • Experience with Jira, Looker, or Zendesk Explore in customer support
  • Proficient in speaking one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian

Responsibilities:

  • Help the team implement customer support processes and tools to streamline operations;
  • Actively respond to player inquiries, feedback, and issues, ensuring a prompt and professional resolution;
  • Create and maintain Help Centre articles for frequently asked questions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to product improvements based on player feedback;
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide accurate and helpful information to players.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, ideally within the gaming industry;
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries;
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience working with Zendesk;

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Jira, Looker or Zendesk Explore in customer support
  • Proficient in speaking one of the following languages: German, French or Italian
