The role involves handling the walk-in center processes, managing driver communication, ensuring service time and satisfaction, executing operational events, and coordinating with the supervisor on escalated issues. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, particularly utilizing BigQuery analytics. Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
