Job Description

Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to support our data management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and organized.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems

• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies

• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data integrity standards

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

• Assist with administrative tasks related to data processing

• Generate and prepare reports as requested by supervisors

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong time management and communication skills
