Data & Insights Manager

As a Data and Insights Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of data scientists, data engineers, and analytics engineers in delivering actionable insights that power decision-making across game development and launch processes.

By blending technical expertise, strategic stakeholder management, and strong leadership, you will drive the seamless integration of analytics into our products and go-to-market strategies. Your contributions will help shape the data culture at Toca Boca, ensuring informed, experiment-driven development.

What you’ll be doing

As a Data and Insights Manager, you’ll oversee the development and execution of a data strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Leading a team of data professionals, you’ll foster a high standard of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.

You’ll work closely with game teams, central tech, and finance to manage data science and analytics engineering projects. This includes enabling the design and implementation of in-game tracking events, data models, and analytical systems to support all games. In addition, you’ll collaborate with data engineers on leveraging Google GCP and BigQuery, pitching high-value solutions, and driving the company towards data and experiment-driven development.
