Your Impact

• Support companies and private equity funds in carrying out national and international M&A transactions.
• Be part of an inspiring team that analyzes the tax aspects relevant to valuation with a view to purchase price determination (Due Diligence, EV to EqV bridge, Net Debt, Management Incentive Plans, SPA) and financing and acquisition structures and incorporates them into commercial negotiations.
• Support customers in developing a sustainable and cash flow effective financing and acquisition structure and accompany the integration of the target companies into existing structures from a tax perspective.
• Fully develop in a working environment characterized by team spirit, trust and mutual support.
• Develop your own leadership skills in a dynamic team with committed employees • You develop your own customer portfolio by developing new and innovative “deal value propositions” with the entire PwC ONE Deals team and introducing them to the target market.

Your Skill Set

• You have an university degree and at least four years of professional experience in international corporate tax consulting and distressed sales.
• You are flexible, persistent and open to challenging and complex situations and are not afraid of any effort.
• At the interface between economics and law, you have a flair for numbers, models and evaluations as well as for the underlying legal issues.
• You have very good written English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
• You take on the leadership of your team and responsibility for your M&A projects.
• You have a long-term perspective and are willing to continually develop yourself.
• You are committed, flexible and have a team and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
