We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Manager with our awesome team in Sydney.
The role:
As the Digital Manager you will take on the digital planning responsibilities that complement total integrated media strategies and, ultimately, the client’s growth objectives. You will be responsible for the efficient running of all digital media responses, processes and supporting the day-to-day servicing of the clients.
Core responsibilities:
Investigate, interrogate, and recommend digital channel strategies and implementation responses.
Proudly oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, celebrating successes and seeking learnings to continually improve performance
Mentor, train, upskill and inspire your highly talented and engaged Client Executive and Client Associate.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide best-in-class client service by communicating clearly and efficiently, working diligently to meet deadlines, and providing quality output.
Be the go-to for key media owners and ensure strong relationships are built.
Work closely and collaboratively with the internal specialists to unlock opportunities to explore, teat and trial.
Deliver sublime finance management
A bit about you:
Proven experience in a digital media role in an agency environment
Solid communication skills and strong presentation skills translating succinctly summarising and building your digital media recommendations.
Highly skilled in creating and building meaningful connections with clients and team members, supporting the growth and development of your team
Demonstrate strong client service skills with the ability to gain trust and confidence as well as project management end-to-end campaigns across digital media
You will have a lean into implementational planning and the ability to activate supporting your junior team members in the optimising and delivery of this media
