As a Distributors Coordinator, you will manage stock visibility, support the order cycle, and strengthen distributor partnerships. Your responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating the order cycle, maintaining system accuracy, managing distributor replenishments, coordinating inbound shipments, ensuring data accuracy, supporting product launches, running performance reviews, supporting budget planning, driving Logistics KPIs, and collaborating with various teams for compliance. You will be working to ensure operational excellence and improve distributor performance. The role involves managing key metrics and improving logistical processes. You will be working in a consumer health care environment and manage distributors.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English
  • Degree or equivalent in Business or Logistics desired
Good to have:
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • ERP competency, SAP knowledge is a plus

About the role

As a Distributors Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing stock visibility, supporting order cycle, and strengthening partnerships with our distributor network. You’ll collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure operational excellence and improve distributor performance across key metrics.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and provide timely updates on inventory status and availability across distributors.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end order cycle: from order processing to invoicing.
  • Maintain system accuracy and ensure visibility on expiry dates and batch traceability.
  • Manage distributor replenishments, and stock allocations.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, ensuring customs clearance and release at port, in collaboration with customs brokers.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of material master data across systems, enabling smooth order processing, invoicing and reporting.
  • Support product launches by coordinating timelines and communications with distributors.
  • Run monthly performance reviews with distributors and track KPIs.
  • Support budget planning and repacking coordination in alignment with business needs.
  • Drive Logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF) and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Business or Logistics desired
  • 2- 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English
  • Experience in Consumer Health Care and the dynamics of fast-moving consumer goods will be considered as an asset to this position

Preferred

  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative along with problem solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong effective relationships with all stakeholders, distributors as well as internal stakeholders.
  • ERP competency, SAP knowledge is a plus
