Lead the monthly reporting of Engineering performance KPI
Develop & monitor main Engineering performance KPI across Engineering Center & Central Metier to build visibility & transparency on Engineering Performance
Lead/support Engineering Budget process and reviews (starting Strat Plan ) in relation with Engineering Finance Controller.
Leads some continuous improvements/productivity initiatives.
Referent for the Engineering & Manufacturing hours referential.

Engineering KPI & Reporting
Report on a monthly basis the Engineering KPI - @ Division level @ Engineering Center & Metier Dpt level
Realize synthetic scorecard/dashboard on Engineering performance reflecting their performance .
Develop KPI to improve visibility on Engineering performance ( incl. quotation phase ) and support decisions in closed relation with Finance & PMO.
Realize analysis across IES and competition on performance & competitiveness to assess performance!
Work with IT/PMO to develop automatic KPI from existing systems to represent the contribution of Engineering in global project performance
Extract from KPI published by other Metier the contribution of Engineering
Own KPI definition & evolutions in PLM
L ead Productivity initiatives / projects to improve Engineering Performance & Competitiveness
Through the KPI reporting & analysis done, identify, propose & quantify initiatives to improve Engineering Performance
Support/Deploy the deployment and applications of the Progress Plan initiatives in relation with Engineering Center & Métier Dpt
Lead productivity projects /initiatives which will contribute to reduce Engineering Cost and/or improve Engineering performance.
Run continuous improvement actions with the Metier to reduce Developt costs
Contribute to improve Development tools, processes and standard to better measure and improve efficiency of Development cost in relation with EPM/MPM/Engineering PLM performance engineer.
Support Engineering Budget process ( starting BSP )
Support Engineering Budget Process from StartPlan to Budget presentation
Referent for the D&D Hours referential ( Engineering & Manufacturing )
Realize analysis on Engineering Performance on projects & gap analysis vs referential.
Owner of the Metier criteria & rules
Attend the yearly governance meeting on D&D referential
Ensure that referential reflects productivity realized & reflects Best In Class rules.
Liaises with Product and Process Performance organization for referential optimization & evolutions
Other Skills Required
Soft skills is required specially communication in written and verbal
Good cross cultural process and technical skills preferred if worked already abroad or with European/American company.
Presentation skills and advanced excel skill & Coding skill & Power BI
Managing Data & Analytics skills
Preparing reports and graphs, ppt presentation, slide lay-out- synthesis.
Good Interpersonal skills and Positive Mindset
He /she should be directly coordinating with Métier manager and Engineering Director .
