Your role as a Executive/ Sr. Executive - Talent & Transformation
HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, and generate reports for management review.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining confidentiality.
Recruitment:
- Do recruitment- from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies, including leveraging job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various positions.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and manage team-building activities, workshops, and recognition events.
- Gather feedback from employees through surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Address employee concerns and grievances while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and industry standards.
- Provide guidance on ethical conduct, diversity and inclusion, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- 1-3 yrs of work experience
- Agency experience is a huge plus
- Comfortable working on site
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Ability to think critically and develop solutions independently
- Good command over English (written and spoken) is a must
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions
- A great thinking mind buzzing with ideas
