ByteDance seeks an Experienced Long-term Incentive Partner to manage and implement long-term incentive (LTI) policies and programs across the Americas region. Responsibilities include designing, reviewing, and improving LTI plans, ensuring competitiveness and legal compliance. Responsibilities
Team Introduction Performance & Incentives (P&I) are powerful tools for furthering the company's strategic goals. A robust Performance & Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent, while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance & Incentives team at ByteDance, therefore, are constantly benchmarking and striving for the best practice & return on investment in developing competitive C&B policies. The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The Performance & Incentives team work on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for long-term incentives (E.g. Equity, Stock options, RSUs etc.) policies and programs implementation and communication in AMS region; 2. Participate in the design, review, and continuous improvement of long-term incentive plans and policies for the AMS region to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, by researching practices of leading tech and general industry companies; 3. Work closely with the Performance & Incentives team on the total rewards package for employees and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance of LTI programs in the AMS region; 4. Conduct data analysis, reporting, and market trend research related to LTI programs, providing decision-making support; 5. Performs other LTI-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Experienced in Human Resources or Compensation related fields; 2. Fluency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills; 3. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to back up proposals with data and present to stakeholders; 4. Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experienced in LTI-related design, administration, and operational work, with corporate experience preferred; 2. Knowledge of LTI programs, market trends, and relevant tax and compliance requirements; 3. Strong program management skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams; 4. Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management skills; 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail; 6. Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changes in policies and market trends.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $205200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
