The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager manages and maintains the operational framework of Sales Effectiveness including Sales Fore Design with targeting and segmentation of relevant customers, Data Science consolidating internal and external market level data, manage and operate the process to track and control the Stocks in trade to comply with internal targets and external audits and the sales incentives & quotas policy and calculation.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a system/tool to standardize common KPI´s for business management and field teams to support operations (Standard & Ad-hoc reports) for decision making (sell out / sell in).
· Support on sales forecast, monthly sales target (DRM’s) allocation by customer and weekly tracking on sales performance.
· Daily support on products with low inventory availability, allocations by customer.
· Parameter’s alignment to maximize report usage for route to market and key variables: Channels, sub-channels, customers, category, brands, skus
· Implement regional standardization in core: Sales performance (Sales vs Quota, Sales per customer, Sales per SKU/Brand/Channel).
· Monthly tracking and control of Stock in Trade
· Manage Medical sales force effectiveness: Calls coverage (with/without ToT, Sampling management according to segmentation).
· Management of CRM tools or Sales systems (SFA, ie: Veeva)
· Simplify and align tools and processes around WLA using technology to reduce time producing manual reports.
· Management support on Third party model best practices > KPI support & Management
· Support of Segmentation and targeting model to allow maximization of impact in field for sales and expert.
· Develop and implement a Joint Business Planning process, and ensure right alignment of concepts with regional teams
Incentive’s payment calculation for field force and medical reps. teams, responsible for incentives policy and trainings.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Related, specialized in Data Science
Minimumof 5 years of experience in sales force design for Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
