Finisher - 1st Shift

Finisher employees are responsible for completing the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure quality in the items they produce. * Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process. * Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment. * Keep production area clean, neat, and organized. * Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor. * Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging. * Work with office staff as a team, and with respect. * Effectively and efficiently manage time.
