Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a Game Operations PM for its North American market. Responsibilities encompass overall product management, including coordination with R&D and regional teams; liaison with internal support teams; driving product capabilities (optimization and localization); and devising and executing testing and launch strategies for the North American market. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of game industry experience, a passion for gaming, strong project management skills, excellent English communication, and proven success in mobile game publishing or operations within the Western market.

Must have:

5+ years game industry experience
Experience with mobile game publishing
Strong project management skills
Excellent English communication
Understanding of Western game market

岗位职责

1、负责产品海外发行整体统筹，包含产品&研发&区域整体统筹和对接；

2、负责与中台等支持团队的对接与协同，推动发行工作；

3、负责游戏产品的产品能力支持工作，包括但不限于产品调优，本地化推进等；

4、针对目标区域，负责测试与发行策略制定，推进产品海外发行进度。

岗位要求

1、具备5年以上游戏行业经验，热爱游戏，对欧美市场主流游戏品类有一定的理解，有海外游戏运营经验者优先；

2、了解移动游戏全周期发行筹备重点，经历过手游项目全周期发行或运营者优先；

3、具备较强的项目管理能力和资源统筹能力，能够高效推动项目整体目标完成；

4、具备良好的英文跨团队沟通能力，能够熟练使用英文作为工作语言；

5、有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，能敏感地发现问题，并推动问题解决。
