Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

  • Experience with data analytics or product development.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps or digital industry, including knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.

  • Ability to take initiatives, thrive in a team environment, and work well in a global team.

  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.

  • Solution selling skills, with the ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.

  • Passion for entrepreneurship, eager to help small and medium clients to grow.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Thai or Bahasa fluently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of app first clients delivering insights, winning share of wallet from competitors, and helping to evolve their go-to-market strategies.

  • Foster and develop key relationships with existing clients/founders in the portfolio and partner teams.

  • Ensure clients achieve their business success through advertising goals, develop compelling and specific pitches, build strategies and business proposals that uplift the client success.

  • Help the clients to identify and explore global expansion plans.

  • Thrive in forming cross-­functional relationships with internal teams like LCS, Google Play, Online Partnerships Group, and other stakeholders to realize and achieve advertiser goals.
