Change management is key to everything we do. It's part of our Workspace projects, Google Cloud migrations, and Data projects. We make sure that any company changes are driven by what users actually need and that everyone's on the same page. We support users throughout the whole process and train them so they can crush it. We use the ADKAR model because it's practical and based on evidence. 💯

Here's the Deal:

• You'll lead change management activities using a clear plan and tools. 🛠️
• You'll help with communication, like creating, sharing, and managing messages. 
• You'll figure out how changes will impact things and how ready people are for them. 
• You'll help with how the organization is set up and who does what. 
• You'll spot and handle any resistance to change. 
• You'll be a consultant and coach for project teams and leaders. 🧠
• You'll manage stakeholders like change ambassadors. 🤝
• You'll track and report any issues. 
• You'll define and measure success and keep an eye on how the change is going. 
• You'll deliver training on Google Workspace, Looker, and other apps that people need to use. 📚

About You:

• You've got at least 2 years of experience in change management. 💼
• You understand how people deal with change and the whole change process. 
• Knowing about change management principles, methods (like Prosci), and tools is a bonus. 👍
• Having a change management certification (ADKAR, etc.) is also a plus. 💯
• Experience with business analysis projects is good to have. 
• You're a great listener and communicator, both in writing and talking, and can clearly get your message across to different types of people. 
• Impecable spelling - I will be doing a writing test during the technical interview
• Professional experience in strategic communication
• Business Analysis or Data Strategy experience
• You can build and keep strong relationships. 💖
• You can influence others and work towards a shared vision or goal. 
• You're resilient and don't give up easily. 💪
• You're flexible and can handle uncertain situations. 🧘‍♀️
• You're organized and a natural at planning strategies and tactics. We don't micromanage, so we expect you to be independent.

• You're a team player and can collaborate well. 🤝
• You know about project management approaches, tools, and the different stages of a project. 
• If you’ve delivered trainings in the past, that’s a plus!
• You've got experience with big organizational changes. 
• You have a Master's degree in a relevant field or similar work experience. 🎓
• You're fluent in Dutch or French and have excellent English skills. 🗣️
