As part of our Growth Team, you'll be challenged daily to find innovative ways to improve our games and maximize player reach. Our team combines creative and analytical thinking to develop effective marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Managing existing user acquisition channels for maximum performance and ROI
Analyzing campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Working closely with 3rd parties (e.g. Facebook, Google, Ad networks)
Collaborating with creative team in ad production

Desired skills and experiences

Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Management or Economics
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and team work skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
