Team Introduction:
The IT-Solution Delivery Management team provides state-of-the-art resources for our employees to work. We have offices spread across the globe and plan to grow, expand, and upgrade every single one of these locations. We need someone with a technical background to lead that effort. This will be a very fast-paced role and priorities can change at a moment's notice, so the ability to adapt and run concurrent projects while planning future projects is an absolute must.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for IT construction in new office spaces, expansions, and relocation projects. Develop and manage IT project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Define IT infrastructure requirements, including networks, audio-visual systems, data rooms, cabling, and end-user devices, ensuring alignment with business needs and project timelines.
- Act as the primary IT liaison, working closely with real estate, facilities, and operations teams to integrate IT requirements into the overall office buildout plan. Provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure all expectations are met.
- Oversee the design, installation, and configuration of IT systems, including low voltage, audio-visual, and security systems, ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for IT equipment procurement, cabling, and service delivery.
- Conduct final inspections of IT systems to ensure successful delivery and handover to the operations team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological innovations, identifying opportunities for improvements in office buildout projects with a focus on scalability, user experience, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure deployment, office buildouts, or related areas. And proven success in leading large-scale IT office buildout projects across multiple regions.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, structured cabling, audio-visual systems, and security systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Lark, Crestron).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CTS-D, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Experience working in a global, multi-country environment with team collaboration skills.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141900 - $255600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
