About your role

We are looking for a Head of UA (Web) who will be responsible for the procurement team on one of the largest advertising sources in the Hero Wars project.

 What you’ll be doing

• Developing the Paid Networks and New Channels direction for the Hero Wars web project, with Facebook and Google as the primary platforms
• Defining the vision and forming the strategy for advertising channel growth — both from a UA perspective and through cross-team collaboration (analytics, creatives, technical integrations and automation, business development, and more)
• Handling crisis management for advertising channels
• Managing the team: developing it (goal setting, KPIs), providing feedback, and motivating the team
• Generating ideas, solutions, and projects to achieve the company's business goals by working with channel managers, studying market trends, analyzing competitors and historical data, and researching platform algorithms
• Leading projects from idea to execution: creating a vision, developing a roadmap, identifying necessary resources, monitoring progress, conducting interim reviews, and adjusting plans as needed
• Acting as an independent driver of marketing growth in UA and being accountable for the team’s results

We hope that you

• Possess strong technical expertise: have an in-depth understanding of web advertising across multiple platforms, including Facebook and Google, and a solid grasp of the advertising channel ecosystem
• Have experience in relevant fields: e-commerce, fintech, or game development
• Have worked as Head of UA for at least one year and have experience managing a team
• Are skilled in tactical and strategic planning for channel/project acquisition
• Have experience in cross-functional collaboration with analytics, technical, and creative teams, ideally at the intersection of product development
• Can organize and guide a team, making decisions in uncertain conditions
• Are proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Have a proven track record of successful partnerships and building long-term relationships
