Information Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager with a strong background in ISO 27001. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing the development, implementation, and management of our information security program to safeguard the organisation's information assets and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Continue the Development and implementation of the existent comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain ISO 27001 certification, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead risk assessment and management processes, identifying and mitigating security risks.
• Develop and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate and conduct security awareness training programs for employees.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage security audits and assessments, both internal and external, and coordinate responses to findings.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
• Manage a small team of security engineers to instil and maintain security protocols on production  systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of the information security program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience with ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance.
• Experience with PCI DSS compliance is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of risk management, threat assessment, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with security incident response and investigation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledgeable use of AI systems is an asset.
