Job Description

The Innovation and Transformation Lead at Google Cloud's Professional Services team guides clients through their digital transformation, solving business and technology challenges. This role requires leveraging innovation to create holistic programs, facilitating workshops, and leading product plans and go-to-market strategies. Collaboration with sales, internal teams, and external stakeholders is crucial, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience and a deep understanding of cloud adoption and digital innovation programs within enterprise companies. Responsibilities include guiding digital transformation, creating innovative solutions, leading plan execution, collaborating with sales, and fostering internal/external collaboration.

Must have:

8+ years consulting experience
Cloud adoption/digital innovation program delivery
Business transformation and technology strategy expertise
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Cloud business case development & TCO analysis
Gaming industry experience
Data analysis and interpretation skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of consulting experience or a background in driving business transformation and technology strategy.
Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
Experience in the Gaming industry developing innovative solutions.
Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.
Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges.
Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs. Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear KPIs.
Collaborate with sales to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.
Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
