Digital Transformation:

  • Spearhead the adoption of new technologies, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, to enhance underwriting, claims processing, and customer engagement.

  • Work with IT teams to implement digital platforms, ensure seamless system integration, and optimize data flow across the organization.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing workflows and operational processes within underwriting, claims, sales, and customer service functions to identify inefficiencies.

  • Implement process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to improve speed, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in product development cycles, risk management, and compliance.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and sales PwC teams to develop initiatives that improve the overall customer journey.

  • Introduce self-service platforms, mobile apps, and personalized product offerings that cater to evolving consumer preferences.

  • Lead efforts to gather customer feedback and adjust services accordingly to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Regulatory and Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all transformation activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage risks related to changes in operational procedures or technology adoption.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring that all employees are engaged and supported throughout the transformation process.

  • Provide training and development programs to upskill teams on new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Project Management:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of transformation projects, from concept through to execution and post-implementation evaluation.

  • Use project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Track performance metrics and report progress to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, vendors, and consultants.

  • Provide thought leadership and insights into industry trends, competitive positioning, and best practices for transformation in insurance.

About you

  • Masters in (applied) economics, business engineering, civil engineering, actuarial sciences or another relevant economic major, possibly via a second Master or PhD.
