The intern will support the Head of Security across operational functions and planning needs before the summer break. This role offers exposure to high-level event operations, cross-functional coordination, and deadline-driven project delivery. The intern will help prioritize tasks, track milestones, and support execution across procurement, vendor identification, and operational planning. This position offers a fast-paced learning environment with hands-on involvement in preparations for a major international event. The intern will work side-by-side with leadership, gain exposure to Olympic-scale operations, and build valuable experience ahead of the summer period.

Must have:

Fluent English - written and spoken - is essential for internal/external communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure.
Interest in operations, event planning, procurement, or legal processes.
Ability to quickly grasp new tools, tasks, and context.
A discreet, dependable presence with strong professional ethics.
Legally authorized to work with procurement-related tasks.
