Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks an experienced IP Planning & Development professional for its video business. Responsibilities encompass new IP development through collaboration with partners and creators, securing key partnerships, IP sourcing and rights acquisition, developing business plans for existing IP, creating proposals and presentations, and managing relationships with production companies and creators. The ideal candidate possesses 5-10 years' experience in the video industry, demonstrated success in IP sourcing and video project execution, and strong communication skills.
Must have:
- 5-10 years' experience in video industry
- IP sourcing, planning, and project execution
- Experience with production companies, distributors, platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proposal and contract writing
Good to have:
- Foreign language proficiency (English, Japanese)
- Degree in film, communication, broadcasting, or advertising
- International distribution/distribution experience in Korean film/drama

1. 신규 IP 개발 및 기획
: 파트너사/ 크리에이터와 협업을 통한 신규 IP 기획 개발
: 제작사, 크리에이터 등 주요 파트너 확보 및 관리
: 신규 IP 발굴 및 소싱, 권한 취득을 위한 계약 조건 협상 및 진행
2. 자사 IP 활용 영상화 / 사업화 기획
: 기획서, 제안서 작성 및 파트너 피칭
: 게임 등 2차 저작물 및 사업화 기획 개발
3. 제작사, 크리에이터 등 파트너 관리
자격요건
1. 영상 업계 경험 5~10년차
2. IP 소싱, 기획 및 영상화 프로젝트 진행 유경험자
3. 영상물 제작사, 투자배급사, 플랫폼 등 업계 근무 유경험자
필요역량
1. IP 소싱 및 IP 기획 개발 및 사업화 추진 능력
: IP, 아이디어 및 시나리오 등 원천 소스 검토 및 기획 개발
: 제안서 등 문서 검토 및 작성, 계약 협상 및 체결
2. 원활하고 긍정적인 대내외 커뮤니케이션 스킬
: 제작사, 크리에이터 등 파트너와의 유연한 커뮤니케이션
우대사항
1. 외국어 (영어, 일본어 등) 커뮤니케이션 능력
2. 영상 및 콘텐츠 관련 (연극영화, 커뮤니케이션, 신문방송, 광고홍보 등) 전공
3. 한국 영화/ 드라마 해외 배급/ 유통 실무 경험
