Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a Data Analyst (contract) to contribute to group-wide data analysis and insight generation. Responsibilities involve developing key performance indicators (KPIs), constructing dashboards, and leveraging large-scale data (log level) for processing and analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong SQL, Python/R skills, experience with BI tools (Tableau), and a proven ability to formulate hypotheses, conduct validation, and present findings logically. Experience with game data and ML algorithms is highly advantageous. The role focuses on supporting the expansion of Smilegate's entertainment business across games, film, and music.
Must have:
- 2+ years data analysis & modeling experience
- Large-scale data processing & analysis
- SQL, Python/R proficiency
- Data visualization using BI tools
- Hypothesis testing & logical explanation
Good to have:
- Game data understanding
- ML algorithm understanding
- ETL & data pipeline knowledge

글로벌 메가 IP를 기반으로 게임, 영화, 음악 등 엔터테인먼트 산업 전반으로 사업을 확장해 가고 있는 스마일게이트 그룹의 데이터를 경험해 보시기 바랍니다.
- 그룹 차원의 데이터 분석 및 인사이트 도출
- 지표 개발 및 대시보드 구축
자격요건
- 데이터 분석 및 모델링 업무 경력 2년 이상
- 로그 수준의 대용량 데이터 가공 및 분석 경험을 보유
필요역량
- SQL을 통해 데이터 추출하고, 원하는 형태로 가공
- Python, R을 활용한 모델링, 분석 및 리포팅
- Tableau 등 BI 툴을 활용한 효과적인 시각화
- 문제해결을 위한 가설을 수립 및 검증하고 이를 논리적으로 설명할 수 있는 자세
- 자기주도적으로 문제를 발견하고 효율적이고 끈기 있게 해결하려는 자세
우대사항
- 게임 데이터에 대한 이해 및 경험
- ML알고리즘에 대한 이해 및 모델링 기반 분석 실무 경험
- ETL 프로세스 및 데이터 파이프라인에 대한 이해
