Job Description

Smilegate Holdings seeks an experienced IP MD Shop Operation Manager to oversee the operation of Smilegate Shop, an online store selling game IP merchandise. Responsibilities include managing sales, shipping, customer service, member programs (promotions and events), profit/inventory/settlement management, and MD planning/manufacturing. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in IP-based shop or MD operations, demonstrating expertise in MD product planning, operation, sales, and financial management. Excellent communication and documentation skills (Word, PPT, Excel) are essential. Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred, along with experience in fan/customer care programs and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.

Must have:

3+ years IP-based shop/MD operation experience
MD product planning, operation, and sales skills
Financial management (profit, inventory, settlement)
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good to have:

English or Chinese language proficiency
Experience in fan/customer care programs
Strong understanding of the gaming industry

자격요건

- IP 기반 샵 운영 / IP MD 운영 경험 최소 3년 이상

필요역량

- IP 기반 MD 유통 채널 운영 경험 - MD 제품 기획/운영/판매 능력 - 매출/손익/재고/정산 등 관리 능력 - 원활한 대내외적 커뮤니케이션 능력 - 문서 작성 능력 (워드, PPT, Excel 등)

우대사항

- 외국어 능력 (영어 또는 중국어 등) - 온라인 샵을 통한 팬덤 또는 고객 케어 프로그램 운영 경험 보유 - 게임에 대한 높은 이해도
