Job Description

The IT ServiceDesk Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT Servicedesk activities, monitoring infrastructure systems, creating and assigning service desk requests, implementing tasks within the service desk system, processing emails and other correspondence, working directly with users (receiving calls and providing phone consultations), and collaborating with service desk engineers and other support specialists to expedite issue resolution. This role requires strong multitasking, stress resistance, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

Task implementation within SD system

Good to have:

Call Center experience
English (B1)

Project description

IT Servicedesk activities coordinator and Infrastructure systems monitoring

Responsibilities

Creation and assignment of SD requests.

Tasks implementation within the SD system.

Processing emails and other correspondence related with the SD project.

Work with users. Receiving calls. Consulting users by phone about questions within the competence of SD coordinators.

Work with SD engineers. Interaction with different lines of support specialists for acceleration of solving process.
