Project description

Our project focuses on ensuring compliance with process adherence monitoring according to ASPICE SUP.1 process. This role supports the seamless implementation of existing processes, enabling teams to maintain high-quality standards and effective workflows.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure adherence to the established ASPICE SUP.1 process

Review and validate process implementation across teams

Identify areas of non-compliance and provide detailed feedback to relevant stakeholders

Collaborate with teams to address process adherence gaps

Create and maintain clear reports on process adherence status

Act as a point of contact for queries related to process compliance

Skills

Must have

Proven experience in process monitoring, quality assurance, or a similar role

Familiarity with quality assurance standards and approaches (ISO 9001, CMMI, ASPICE)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide actionable feedback

Nice to have

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
